NIZMAGIC - RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At NizMagic, every piece is curated and crafted with a touch of magic and a lot of care. We want you to be enchanted by your accessories, so we’ve outlined our process for exchanges below.

1. EXCHANGE WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

Our exchange policy is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, your jewelry must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it.

• It must remain in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.

2. REFUNDS

At NizMagic, we do not offer monetary refunds. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final regarding cash returns, though we are happy to assist you with a product exchange under the conditions listed here.

3. SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Products purchased during a sale, using a discount code, or from our "Sale" section are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PIECES

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged from our side. If you need to exchange a damaged piece for the same item, please contact us immediately at: nizmagic.jewelry@gmail.com.

5. SHIPPING PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, please email us first for instructions.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Delivery Times: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
